Cheeto: Hey, Mr. Murph! I hear there’s someone called Santa Paws coming this week. Should I be worried?
Murphy: Nah, kid…Santa Paws is a good human!
Cheeto: Who is he?
Murphy: He’s this really big guy that dresses all in red and he comes to visit in the middle of the night on Christmas Day and brings all the good kitties presents like toys and treats.
Cheeto: Really? I’m gonna get toys and treats?
Murphy: I dunno…have you been a good kitty? I’ve seen some of the stuff you do around here like jumping on me when I’m sleeping and stealing my food and just being a big pest sometimes. But y’know…you’re young and still learning. I’m sure Santa Paws will forgive you for those things. And it helps being cute. I remember last year…that was my first Christmas here…and I know I did some bad things like scratching the carpet…I still do. But Santa Paws still brought me presents. I think it’s more about trying to be good.
Cheeto: That’s good to know, Mr. Murph. I try to be good but sometimes I can’t help myself.
Murphy: It’s okay, kid…Santa Paws understands. That’s why he’s such a good guy.
Murphy: But there is one thing I have to warn you about, kid. No matter how much the Lady tempts you with treats and tells you Santa Paws will bring you lots of toys…DO NOT let her make you wear the Santa Paws hat.
Cheeto: You’re too late, Mr. Murph.
